30 days for actual issues

Manufacturing defect? Print problem? Shipping damage? That’s on us.
You’ve got 30 days to report it.

Email us at whatever@shopmehwear.com with:

• Your order number
• 3–5 clear photos and 1 short video showing the issue
• Brief description.
  

Photo guidelines (depending on the issue):

• Print placement: Full product laid flat, print visible (ruler helps)
• Print quality: Clear, well-lit close-up of the issue
• Damage or defects: Photo of the problem + part of the design
• Multiple sizes: Show size tags in the same photo
• Wrong item received: Product + packing slip together
• Size issues: Size tag visible or measurements if dimensions look off.

If it qualifies, we’ll cover the reprint and shipping costs.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. No mystery credits, no awkward vouchers.

If you (or your gift recipient) send us an address that makes the courier squint, your order will bounce back to us. Once we confirm a real address, you’ll cover the reshipment costs.
